We gave Alternatives to Violence Project of Northern New Mexico $10,171. We gave $6,159 to  Girls on the Run and to First Serve New Mexico we gave $1,200 from our sponsors.

May 2, 2018 – Total Donation $19,409

We gave the Santa Fe Recovery Center $10,000. We gave Feeding Santa Fe $8,109 and we gave $1,300 to Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute !

February 7, 2018 – Total Donation $16,341

We gave SFPS Adelante $10,516. We gave Reading Quest $5,225 and we gave $600 to SEEDS for a grand total of $16,342!

November 2, 2017 – Total Donation $14,650

We gave Casa First $10,000. We gave New Mexico Center for Therapeutic Riding $4,050 and we gave $600 to Match New Mexico for a grand total of $14,650!

August 2, 2017 – Total Donation $13,151

We gave $8,791 for The Santa Fe Waldorf School Native American Scholarship Fund and $3,460 for the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. And the Santa Prom Closet received $900 from our business sponsors.

August 5, 2015 – Total Donation $8,125

In August we raised $8,125 for Breakthrough Santa Fe, an organization in Santa Fe which helps motivated students in grades 7-12 from underserved public schools be the first in their families to go to college.  Students commit to the program for 6 years and participate in fun and challenging summer programming, school year support, and one-on-one college counseling.

May 6, 2015 – Total Donation $6,725

In May 2015 we had a lighter turnout but still raised $6,725 in our one hour meeting to support Communities in Schools, whose mission is to surround students in New Mexico with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

February 4, 2015 – Total Donation $8,125

In February 2015 we kicked off our 4th year adding over 20 new members and raising a whopping $8,125 to support Interfaith Leadership Alliance, whose mission is to advocate social justice and human right causes from a faith-based perspective.

November 5, 2014 – Total Donation $5,375

In November 2014, we voted to support Reel Fathers, an organization that inspires men to build loving, committed relationships with their children through the dynamic use of film, story, reflective dialogue and skill building.  We delivered checks totaling $5,375. Their website is

In August 2014, we voted to support Gerard’s House and raised $6,350. Gerard’s House is a safe place for grieving children, teens and families, where healing happens through acceptance and peer support. Their website is

In May 2014, we added 3 new members. We voted to support New Energy Economy and raised $6,475New Energy Economy was established in 2004 to create economic opportunity in New Mexico with less carbon pollution and more clean energy. Their website is

February 5, 2014 – Total Donation $5,800

In February 2014, we added 6 new members. We voted to support Girls, Inc. and delivered them a check for $5,800. Girls Inc. of Santa Fe inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. During out-of-school time girls participate in age-appropriate hands-on activities that teach them about science and math, life planning, health, leadership, adventure, and self-reliance. November, 2013 – Total Donation $6,200

In November 2013,  we added 3 new members. We  are 106 women strong!! We voted to support the New Mexico Environmental Law Center and raised $6,200 for them. The New Mexico Environmental Law Center’s mission is to protect New Mexico’s natural environment and achieve environmental justice for New Mexico’s communities through legal representation, policy advocacy and public education.  Their website is:

August 7, 2013 – Total Donation $6,125

In August 2013,  we added 13 new members again. We now truly are 100 women strong!! We voted to support Cancer Foundation of New Mexico and raised $6,125 for them. CFNM is a local, non-profit organization supporting New Mexicans who are touched by cancer. Their mission is to provide financial, emotional, and educational assistance to patients with cancer being treated in Santa Fe. They provide non-medical support services–primarily assistance with travel, lodging, and meals–to ensure that every northern New Mexican who needs cancer treatment can access it.  Their website is:

May 8, 2013 – Total Donation $5,800

In May, 2013 we welcomed 13 new members . We are now 88 members strong! We voted to fund Kitchen Angels in Santa Fe and gave them $5,800. Because of the economic down turn, many of the grants Kitchen Angels has received in the past has either been cut or discontinued. We’re very happy to support this wonderful program which is dedicated to providing free, nutritious meals to our home-bound neighbors facing life-challenging conditions. Their mission is accomplished through the generous efforts of 280 volunteers each week who donate 24,000 hours of service annually. Founded in 1992, they have only 4.5 paid staff members and have delivered over 725,000 meals. Their website is: 

February 6, 2013 – Total Donation $6,000

In February 2013,  we welcomed 2 new members. We are now 75 members strong! We voted to fund Young Fathers of Santa Fe.  Our donation to them totaled $6,000. New Mexico has the highest rate of teen pregnancy in the United States.  This group helps to support the mother/father/child relationships, connect with fathers early in pregnancy, helps with jobs, housing, education and emotional support. November 6, 2012 – Total Donation $5,400

In November 2012,  we welcomed 19 new members. We now total 73 members strong! We voted to support the New Mexico Suicide Intervention Project. Our donation to them totaled $5,400. The New Mexico Suicide Intervention Project’s mission is to reduce the risk of youth suicide in Santa Fe County and Northern New Mexico. The agency provides a crucial continuum of prevention, intervention and post-intervention (support for schools after a suicide crisis) services to impact the problem of youth suicide. 100 Women Who Care Santa Fe is very  proud to support such important organization in our community. August 1, 2012 – Total Donation $4,700

In August 2012, we voted to support the Santa Fe Community College Campus Cupboard.  We gave them $4,700. They opened their doors in August without advertising the opening. Somehow, the word spread and at least 12 families/students were served.  Their stories of need were touching and confirmed the impact that this on-site food pantry will have for students. 100 Women Who Care Santa Fe is very  proud to be part of this new venture and excited to see that the funds raised by our members will go a long way to help hungry students. May 9, 2012 – Total Donation $4,200

In May 2012, we welcomed 23 new members to our group. We are now 48 members strong! Three charity names were randomly drawn and we heard their presentations. We voted to support  Cooking with Kids and raised $4,200. Thanks to all the women who showed up to experience this fun and effective evening with us! It’s great to see our money going to work to help those in need right here in Santa Fe. Their website is:

February 8, 2012 – Total Donation $2,400

Our first meeting was  February 8, 2012 and we voted to support The Life Link. We gave them $2,400. The Life Link helps hungry, homeless and displaced individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency through emergency assistance, housing, employment services, and other supportive programs including advanced addiction and mental health treatment services. Their website is:
